What is Contract for Difference (CFD) trading?

Updated over 3 months ago

Contract for Difference (CFD) trading allows you to speculate on the price movements of various financial assets without owning the underlying asset. CFDs are available on a wide range of markets, including stocks, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.

When you trade CFDs, you agree to exchange the difference in the asset's price from when the contract is opened to when it is closed. If the price moves in your favor, you make a profit; if it moves against you, you incur a loss.
