What happens if the platform is down?

System outages can occasionally occur at any online brokerage, preventing customers from logging into the platform and managing their trades. If the MT5 platform is down, FNmarkets provides an Offline Mode service, enabling traders to request the closure of their positions during such outages.

Please note that when submitting a request to close a position, we will execute it at the market price at the time of closure, not the price at the moment the request was made. While we will process the request as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee the execution price. Once the request is submitted, it cannot be canceled.
