An offline chart in MetaTrader 5 allows you to reference a chart for research or analysis without updates occurring.
Follow these steps to create an offline chart and access forex offline charts:
1) With the chart open, click on 'File' in the main menu.
2) Select 'Save As' and save the file to your preferred location.
3) Close the MT5 platform and reopen it. The free forex chart should still be visible; minimize it but do not close it.
4) Go to 'File' in the main menu again.
5) Select 'Open Offline' and choose the saved chart to view it in offline mode, making it an accessible forex free chart for your analysis.
