How can I verify the license?

Updated yesterday

Verifying a license is the most important step in choosing a broker. As a firm regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius, our details are publicly available on their official registry.

Step-by-Step Verification:

Locate our Legal Name: Check the footer of this website to find our registered entity name (e.g., [Your Company Name] Ltd).

Visit the Official Portal: Go to the FSC Mauritius website.

Search the Register: Navigate to Supervision > Register of Licensees.

Confirm the Status: Enter our company name. A legitimate, active broker must show a status of "Live" and be categorized as an "Investment Dealer."

Why This Matters:

Avoid "Clones": Scammers often mimic a broker’s website. Checking the official FSC registry confirms that the website URL and contact details you are using belong to the licensed entity.

Confirm Scope: The registry explicitly lists what services we are authorized to provide, such as "Full Service Dealer."

Transparency: Only brokers with a physical presence and audited financials can maintain a "Live" status in Mauritius.
