At FNmarkets, we’re always looking to improve your trading experience. Inside your FNmarkets client dashboard, you’ll find a “Feature Request” option that allows you to share ideas directly with our team.
Where to Find It
Log in to your FNmarkets Client Dashboard.
From the left panel menu, scroll down.
Click on “Feature Request.”
What You’ll See
When you open the Feature Request page, you’ll see the option 'Submit a Feature Request'.
You will be asked to provide:
Short Title (Maximum 80 characters)
Keep it short and specific, for example: “Real-time margin alerts."Description (Maximum 250 characters)
Briefly describe the feature, what problem it solves, or how it helps you.
At the bottom, you’ll find a Submit button to send your request.
What Happens Next?
Every submission is reviewed by our team and considered for future platform updates and improvements. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping the development roadmap of FNmarkets.
