A dormant account fee is a maintenance charge applied to each eligible MT5 live trading account that remains inactive for a continuous period of 6 months.
An account will be considered dormant if there has been:
No client login activity, and
No placed trades
for a continuous period of 6 months.
The dormant fee for each MT5 Live trading account is:
$15 per month, OR
The remaining account balance if it is less than $15.
If the account balance is below $15, only the remaining available balance will be deducted. The account will not go into negative balance due to dormant fees.
Dormant fees are non-refundable once charged.
