How do I deposit money using Skrill or Neteller?

FNmarkets allows clients to deposit funds using Skrill and Neteller e-wallets in supported regions. The process is simple and similar to other deposit methods.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in and navigate to the "Deposit" Tab: After logging into your account, go to the "Deposit" tab from the left panel.

  2. ​​Select Account: From the "Account or Wallet" field, click and select the wallet or live account that you want to fund.

  3. Enter Amount: In the "Amount" field, enter the amount you wish to deposit. The minimum deposit amount with FNmarkets is $50. You can also select preset amounts like $50, $100, $200, $500, or $1000.

  4. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed. You will be redirected to the payment method page to complete the transaction.

  5. Select 'Skrill': From the available options, select 'Skrill' and click Continue.

  6. You will be redirected to the Skrill/Neteller payment gateway

  7. Press 'Accept All Cookies.'

  8. Select your Skrill/Neteller Wallet

  9. If you select Skrill, you will see deposit details, payment amount, QR code to open the Skrill app, option to confirm payment via Skrill balance, and a countdown timer to complete the transaction. Ensure you complete the confirmation within the given time window before the session expires

  10. If you chose Neteller, you will see the option to log in to your Neteller wallet and process the deposit further.

  11. Confirm the transaction details and complete the payment.

  12. Once the payment via Skrill or Neteller is processed, you will receive a Transaction ID for reference.

  13. After successful processing, the funds will be credited to your selected trading account/wallet.

Important Notes:

  • Skrill and Neteller are available only in supported regions.

  • The e-wallet must be registered in the client’s own name.

  • Processing time is usually 24/7. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected on your account card provider.​
