If you wish to withdraw via cryptocurrency, please follow these steps:
1. Select your preferred cryptocurrency network from the dropdown.
2. Select your Wallet Provider from the dropdown. If your provider is not listed, select “Others” and enter the provider name manually.
3. Enter the full Wallet Address where you want to receive the withdrawal.
4. Upload Proof of Ownership by providing supporting screenshots/images showing:
Wallet Provider Name: The screenshot must clearly show and match the provider name selected above.
Full Wallet Address: The screenshot must clearly show and match the wallet address entered above.
Account Holder Name: The screenshot must show your name OR email address used during registration.
Once submitted, and provided that all requirements are fulfilled, rest assured that your withdrawal request will be processed within 30 minutes.
