Why is the "New Order" button grey in my trading terminal?

If the 'New Order' button is greyed out and not working, please check the following:

• Make sure your account is verified.
• Ensure you are logged in correctly.
• Verify that you have enough funds to trade.
• Confirm that you’re trying to open trades on the correct instruments.

• Check that the market for the selected instrument is open.
