All charts on trading platforms, both desktop and mobile, display bid prices by default. On Windows (MT5): To change the color of the ask line on your MT5 charts, please follow the steps below:
For PC:
Go to 'Properties' > 'Colors' tab and choose a different color for the ask line. This ensures better visibility, especially on larger timeframes where the ask line might be too close to the bid line.
For Mobile:
iOS MT5:
• Open the MT5 App
• Tap the Settings (gear icon) located at the bottom of the screen.
• Select Charts from the settings menu.
• Access Chart Colors at the bottom.
• Change the Ask Line Color according to your preference.
Android MT5:
• Open the MT5 App
• Go to chart option.
• Tap on the chart for a blue circle to appear.
• Click on the settings within the circle menu.
• Access Colors at the bottom.
• Change the Ask Line Color according to your preference.
For Mac:
Right-click the chart and select Properties (or press cmd+p).
Go to the Colors tab.
Find Ask Line, click the color box, and choose your desired color.
Click OK to apply.
