To improve the speed and performance of MT5, follow these steps:
For Mobile (Android /iOS) :
1. Reduce max bars:
• Open MT5.
• Go to tools > options > charts. Lower max bars in chart and max bars in history by 50%.
2. Disable news:
• Open MT5.
• Go to tools > options > server.
• Untick enable news.
3. Optimize RAM:
• Close unused charts
• Remove extra indicators.
• Use fewer symbols in the Quotes tab.
For Windows/Mac:
1. Reduce max bars:
• Open MT5.
• Select tools > options > charts.
• Lower Max Bars in Chart and Max Bars in History.
2. Disable news:
• Open MT5.
• Select tools > options > server.
• Untick Enable News.
3. Optimize RAM:
• Hide unused symbols in 'Market Watch'.

4. Create an optimized user profile:

• Save the profile via file > profiles > save as.
