To complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on FNmarkets, please follow the steps outlined below:
Log in to your FNmarkets dashboard using your registered credentials.
From the dashboard, select the option to verify your account.
You will be securely redirected to our trusted verification partner, Sumsub, to begin the identity verification process.
Choose one of the accepted identity documents: National ID, Passport or Driving License.
Upload clear and valid images of the selected document as instructed on the screen.
Complete the live face verification by granting camera access and following the on-screen instructions.
Additional Required Information & Declarations:
After completing identity verification, you will be required to provide additional information as part of our regulatory and compliance obligations. This includes answering a set of disclosures and profiling questions, such as:
Whether you are a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)
Your net worth
Your source of income or occupation
The amount you plan to deposit within the next 12 months
Your trading experience, including the approximate number of trades executed
Knowledge Assessment:
As part of the onboarding process, you will also be required to complete a short CFD knowledge assessment.
Once all verification steps are successfully completed, your KYC status will be updated, allowing you to proceed with the remaining onboarding steps. Please note that account creation and access to trading services are only available after successful verification.
