Dealing with issues like failed deposits or rejected withdrawals can be frustrating. To understand why you are experiencing a payment error, the first step is to check your Transaction History in the Dashboard.
Each failed transaction will display an error code or message that can help you understand the issue.
Common Payment Failure Reasons:
• Transaction Timed Out: This happens due to inactivity, abandoning the transaction, or connection issues. If the transaction isn't completed within the specified time frame, it will automatically be canceled.
• Operation Temporarily Unavailable: This may occur if you make too many requests in a short time or if the provider's system is overloaded. In such cases, retrying after some time can resolve the issue.
• Transaction Canceled Due to Incomplete Transfer Form or Connection Failure: This error indicates that the transfer form wasn't fully completed or there was a disruption in the connection while submitting the transfer. The process will not proceed unless the form is filled out completely and the connection is stable.
• Temporary Bank Processing Error: This error typically occurs when there is short-term maintenance or a temporary glitch on the bank's side. Such errors usually resolve within a few hours, but if they persist, you may need to contact your bank.
• Temporary Processing Error: This indicates a short-term issue with the payment provider. The provider may be experiencing technical difficulties, but it is likely to be resolved within a few hours.
• Insufficient Funds: Transactions will fail if there aren’t enough funds in the payment method to cover the deposit or withdrawal. The system will automatically reject such transactions.
• Incorrect Account Details: When the account or card details provided are invalid or incomplete, the payment system cannot process the transaction. This error occurs when the information doesn’t match the records of the payment provider or bank.
